Bachelor Training & Sport
The programme is designed to provide you with a balanced basic understanding across a range of disciplines. You will develop knowledge in training and sports sciences, such as physiology, psychology and biomechanics, but you also learn principles of law, marketing and sponsoring associated with sports.
The programme structure includes important transferable skills like English and research methods, as well as two work experience placements, to provide an insight into real-world sport environments.
Your undergraduate degree must be completed with two guided independent research papers, which gives you a first idea of empirical studies and statistical analyses required during the Master programme.
Attendance is typically required on four half-days per week, with no lectures scheduled on evenings or weekends and thus allows you to follow your own training or competition.
